You must include the transaction number in order for us to issue a refund. The post mark on out going shipment is the first day of the thirty day guarentee. Please note: We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. When we offer free shipping it is for those customers that decide to keep their item(s). Returning item(s) voids the free shipping offer. If for any reason you wish to return any item during the trial period you will be responsible for the shipping to get the product to you as well as the cost to return it. This charge will be deducted from any return even if your order says “FREE SHIPPING”. We will not accept responsibility for sending a call tag or picking up any returns.
